South African singer Lady Zama is catching stray bullets following the suicide of a high school student who recently committed suicide.
Bafana Sithokle of Horskool Kriel High School committed suicide after being falsely accused of rape.Amanda Nzimande of the same institution had reportedly falsely accused him of raping her.
According to reports, he was bullied by the school’s principal and deputy principal, who sided with the lady without any prior investigation and without involving the police. He was stripped of his badges of honor and his awards without getting his parents involved.
The hashtag #JusticeForBafanaSithole started trending on South African social media after it was claimed that the alleged rape victim had noted that she was merely kidding about the accusation she made against him.
This claim provoked some South Africans to recall a similar accusation made by Lady Zamar against Sjava, with some claiming that she learned to falsely accuse from the “Butterfly” singer.
