If you have been wondering why K.O is yet to release his “SR3” album, best believe you are not alone. But then the celebrated rapper has just given clues why the project is not out yet.
The album would have been released earlier, according to the muso, responding to a fan’s inquiry. But the coronavirus pandemic caused a delay in the release date. After that, other factors had intruded, causing further delays.
Currently, on why he hasn’t released the album yet, the songster announced that he’s waiting for other members of Skhanda World, a record label he founded, to release their projects first. Only after they have released would he drop his own.
The time he gave is as follows. This month (June) would be for Roiii and DJ Mr X, while the next month (July) would be for Loki, Ma Ezee and Just Bheki. With these dates, fans should expect the K.O album to drop toward the end of July or early August.
