There may be a lot of bad press surrounding Mzansi singer, reality star and business woman, Kelly Khumalo but she also has lots to smile about. Khumalo’s hit song “Empini” has reportedly lodged a 7th week at number one on the Afro Soul/Pop charts in the country.
That’s massive. As we all know, Othority tracks songs with the highest streams in the country. Kelly took to Instagram to make the reveal. She shared the info from Othority to her page, and fans took to the comments section to congratulate her.
Indeed, the talented singer really put so much work into her album “The Voice Of Africa” and it has since been a success. “Empini” also continues to gain love on the radio too. The song’s lyrics are very radio friendly and memorable. We doubt that we would get over it soon.
