A joint album from Kendrick Lamar and J. Cole might still happen says Punch.
Our wishful thinking may just come true. For years now, fans and followers of Hip Hop icons, Kendrick Lamar and J. Cole have wished for a collaborative album from them. However, that has never happened.
According to new info, our wishes might be on their way to coming through. President of Top Dawg Entertainment, Punch said it “might still happen”. Earlier this week, a fan of both rappers had called his attention to Kendrick Lamar, and asked if there would be a collaborative EP or album from them.
After stating that none was happening, it caused quite a frenzy online. However, he backtracked and revealed that it might still happen. According to him, he’s done his part by speaking to them about it, but we doubt that it’s in his hands. Maybe we the fans can convince them.
Nah I don’t know. It might still happen. I want it to happen.
