“Bad Romance” crooner, Lady Gaga reveals she will be having a virtual concert along sides the likes of Lizzo Beating and Elton John in conjunction with the World Health Organization (WHO) to foster unity among people.
Lady Gaga says she has been working hands on with Global citizen’s to raise funds for health care equipments and to get a vaccine for the virus. The singer has been able to raise 6 million rands towards the cause.
In the spirit of fostering unity the singer said the virtual concert will be featuring performances from Grammy winner Billie Ellish and other great artists around the globe, she also chipped in that Nigerian artist Burna Boy will also be performing.
The 2 hours long concert will be holding on the 18th of April 2020 and will be airing on the NBC, ABC ,CBS platforms. The event is meant to promote unity among people from different works of life in fighting against the Covid-19 virus.
