Lerato Kganyago’s Man Thami Ndlala Fights Eviction With Landlord

Lerato Kganyago’s man, Thami Ndlala, is reportedly fighting a messy eviction battle with his Landlord.

Metro FM radio host Lerato Kganyago Ndlala and her husband Thami Ndlala are the talk of social media again. Unfortunately, it is not for the right reasons. Thami is reported to be at loggerheads with his landlord, Urban Mountains, regarding their eviction from their property at 14 on Hillel in Northcliff, Johannesburg.

Zimoja acquired some of the court documents and reported the news. The publication reports that the battle began when Urban Mountains rented out their property to Thami Ndlala Holdings, which is owned by Thami.

Urban Mountains recently began legal proceedings to remove Thami Ndlala from the premises before the lease agreement’s scheduled expiration. It was also alleged that Thami was in debt of R200k arrears for rent. Thami also claims in the documents that Urban Mountains owes its creditors R1.3 million.

The publication reports that the documents “show that the first improvements were worth R735 000, while the second was worth R583 000, amounting to a total of R1.3 million.”

We have no idea what has become of the couple, but they seem to be sticking together. Kganyago had previously announced that their two-month-old marriage was over.
