Lighthouse Family SA Tour Moved to 2021

Lighthouse Family SA Tour postponed until next year.

It was announced earlier this month that Lighthouse Family’s shows would be rescheduled to late this year due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The British group’s announcement came shortly after President Cyril Ramaphosa announced that no gatherings containing more than a hundred people be held in the country. Several events and concerts in the South African entertainment industry had to be postponed until further notice.

No longer after, the government enforced a 21-day lockdown nationwide that restricted citizens from leaving homes except in an event of necessity, such as medical treatment or food supply. Organisations and businesses were also forced to close. The nationwide lockdown began on the 26th of March.

Because of this, the South African tour, organized by Big Concerts, has been postponed till next year. It is now scheduled to be held on Friday 26 March to Sunday 28 March 2021. It will be held at Teatro, Montecasino.

In Cape Town, the event will be held on the 31st of March 2021 at Grand Arena, GrandWest.

Tickets that have already been purchased will still be valid for the rescheduled dates. Ticket holders are encouraged to keep their tickets in a safe place. They will also get the opportunity to win a meet and greet with the Lighthouse Family.
