Be good as an actor and the roles will come. This is something we hear all the time, although, obviously, it is not all the time that good actors end up having a lot of roles. but that’s by the way. The news is that Mzansi’s Loyiso McDonald has snagged a role in a “new” series.
“Youngins” is the series in which the actor has found a new role. But what’s in a title? In this case, we would say “a lot,” and that’s because much of the storyline is woven around young people, as you will find out presently.
“Youngins” is a teen series that has Loyiso McDonald playing the role of Olifantsfontein High School Principal Mthembu. He will be starring alongside other notable names, including Sana Mchuna and Keneilwe Matidze.
Loyiso McDonald has distinguished himself in several other flicks, including the soaraway “The Queen,” so it is expected that he would bring his acting magic to his new role. Already, among his fans, there is palpable excitement, as most of them can’t wait to see him interpret his new role as principal of a fictional high school.
