The singer of “Material Girl” showed her affection by kissing Dominican rapper Tokischa just a few weeks after the pop diva and Madonna reenacted her famous VMAs kiss with Britney Spears. On Thursday, June 23, at Terminal 5 in New York City, the mother of six gave a remixed performance of “Hung Up” in observance of Pride Month. This is when the unexpected moment occurred.
The 63-year-old superstar donned a series of ensembles for the performance, always donning her trademark hand gloves and fishnet stockings. Several drag queens joined her on stage, and during the performance of “Hung Up,” Tokischa, 26, entered the stage wearing a black jumpsuit and thigh-high stockings that exposed her behind.
Before coming face to face and kissing, the women started grooving and grinding. The rising diva then crouched down and placed her face between the music legend’s knees. According to Billboard, Madonna joked, “It’s a tough job, but somebody has to do it.”
Tokischa may not be highly known in the United States, but she has 1.2 million Instagram followers, which have helped her career soar in other countries. She admitted to People Chica that her upbringing involved drug addiction, prostitution, and poverty, so she hasn’t had it easy.
