It has been said that a man would return to wherever his bread is buttered. The same might be the case with Dan Malesela, who had reportedly left Royal AM for Marumo Gallants, a club he had previously coached.
Dan Malesela was previously Head coach at the DStv premiership side before heading to Shauwn Mkhize’s club. He’d spent less than two months there before he accepted the “Gallant call.”
Before joking the flamboyant Royal AM side, he’d worked with the Gallants until the expiration of his contract. He’d also cited differences with the club’s management as part of the reason for his exit.
With the news making the rounds that he’d returned to the club he left last season, then it’s most likely that he’d resolved whatever issues he had with the Marumo Gallants and is now set to continue doing what he loves the most.
Interestingly, at the time of writing, Royal AM had neither confirmed nor denied his exit. In contrast, Marumo Gallants had released a statement showing that Malesela had been appointed head coach of the Gallants. You can check it out below.
