Jerusalema hit makers, Master KG and Nomcebo have been appointed Cultural Diplomacy Ambassadors.
The success that Mzansi hit makers, Master KG and Nomcebo Zikode have achieved this year seems unending. Since the release of their viral hit song, “Jerusalema” it has been from one milestone to the other.
The two stars have now been appointed ambassadors for Cultural Diplomacy. The announcement was made by Min. Nathi Mthethwa who revealed that they “will be working closely with the department of Sports, Arts and Culture to build relations across Africa and the world through music”.
Many hailed the two stars following the announcement calling it a well deserved appointment.
Jerusalema has gone on to be one of the biggest hits out of Africa this year. The song sits at number two on the most searched global songs on Shazam, and also hit number 4 on the Billboard global songs charts with its remix.
