MetroFM’s The Kings Suite turns 1 today. To celebrate this historic moment, some of Mzansi’s finest DJs are lined up to treat the nation to sterling mixes. On the lineup is Afrotainment boss DJ Tira, EL World Music boss Sun-El Musician, Sphectacula, and DJ Naves, who happens to be a medical doctor.
DJ Sphectacula shared the flier of the event on his Instagram page 7 hours ago today 5 August 2020. From the caption, it is clear the artistes co-opted for mixing sessions had worked with The Kings Suite previous.
Also, from the flier, Sun-El Musician will open the session, starting with a mix at 15:40 South Africa time. DJ Tira will begin his session exactly an hour later, at 16:40. Next on the bill are serial collaborators DJ Sphectacula and DJ Naves. Like the others on the line lineup, the pair will rule the decks and turntables for another hour, beginning at 17:40.
