Mixed reactions As 6-Year-Old Drives Father’s SUV On Public Road, Apologises (Videos)

A kid of eight years driving a car on a public road is not something one sees every day. It is illegal for a child of eight to drive and the parents might risk prosecution – especially in South Africa,

So when a child of eight was recorded in South Africa driving his father’s car, the public was, of course, concerned, even divided about it all.

While some tweeps found the incident funny, others insist there was nothing funny about it because at eight the river was only a child, could endanger the lives of others, and by law might not be seen as culpable for his actions on the road.

In the clip, which has been liked over 4k times on Twitter, the kid, who was later identified as Ali, could be seen answering questions from an elderly man, who noted it was ridiculous for him to drive as he could barely see in front of the wheel.

Although initially thought to be eight years old, the father of the boy indicated in a new video of the boy apologizing for his actions that he was only six years old. He tagged the authorities in the video but ensured his son’s face was blurred and not visible to the public.
