Da L.E.S shared the news of his father’s passing with his fans on Twitter. A laconic “R.I.P Leslie Jonathan Mampe SNR” was all fans needed to know that the songster has lost his father. He didn’t give the details of the cause of death.
But then the news that he has lost his father was all fans needed. Messages of love and condolences have been pouring in from around the country – from celebs and and fans alike.
By the way, the news of the loss of the rapper’s father follows a couple of other losses by fellow musos. King Monada had announced he lost his daughter. The piano king Kabza De Small had a made a similar announcement – letting fans know he lost a child, who he didn’t name.
