Nadia Nakai Speaks On 3 Unreleased Albums & More In Latest YFM Interview

“Yass Bitch” rapper Nadia Nakai has disclosed that she did three albums with music producer Psyfo when she was much younger, but none of them was released.

The songstress disclosed this during a recent sit-down with DJ Banques and DJ Venom of YFM. She was signed to SID Records (owned by Sipho Ngwenya aka Psyfo), and although they worked on several songs that eventual was made into three albums, none was released.

Looking back, though, she said she was glad she released nothing at the time, as she was not particularly mature as an artiste. Also, she’s much more different as a rapper now than when she started with Psyfo.

In order news, Nadia Nakai is no longer with Cassper Nyovest’s Family Tree record label. After she appeared on AKA’s The Braai Show, she disclosed that she and Cass didn’t speak for eight months. Cass and AKA are notable rivals and they don’t speak to each other.

Anyway, when she spoke up, it was to let the world know that she’s no longer with Family Tree and also not inspired to make new music. At any rate, speaking with Banques and Venom, she had stated that she might release her earliest songs (with Psyfo) as mixtapes.
