One must not live on bread alone. That is what the holy book says. But a lot of people are applying the same principles to their lives and sources of income – you know, more like one must now have just one source of income.
Anyway, it appears like South African actor Hungani Ndlovu is one man who is conversant with this principle and he has just put it to good use by launching his DJ career.
Taking to his official Instagram page, the “Skeem Saam” actor shared slides of himself at the decks and turntables. He joked in the caption, noting how “they” (yeah, he didn’t say who) said “they” have a celebrity DJ and he thought he was opening for someone else, not realising he was the person referred to.
Mzansi had a good laugh over the caption. But then his becoming a DJ was also a subject of argument. Some netizens were dismissive of him becoming a DJ, pointing out that everyone is becoming a DJ these days.
Some encouraged him, however, pointing out that he should do what makes him happy and pays the bills. See the post below.
