The investigations into the death of Kiernan “AKA” Frobes continue, with recent reports indicating that there have been some breakthroughs in the case.
AKA was shot dead on February 10, 2023, alongside his former manager Tebello “Tibz” Motsoane. The two of them and other associates had just stepped out of Wish Restaurant on Florida Road in Durban when they were shot dead at point-blank range.
Chaos erupted on the scene as everyone fled to safety, while the two bled to death in the street. The Rainbow Nation was stunned and many called for the fishing out of the killers.
Well, the police have been on the case since, Recent reports claim that one of the suspects in the killing of AKA was on the scene when AKA’s former girlfriend Nelli Tembe fell to her death from the 10th floor of the Pepperclub Hotel in Cape Town, allegedly after an altercation.
The same reports also claimed that both AKA and Tibz were followed from the airport to the hotel, where they had a good time before leaving. Only, they never made it home alive, as they were both shot dead, putting an end to their aspirations and renting asunder the happiness of their families.
