The film is said to be Willis’ last film after he was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia. His family announced that he would be retiring from the movie scene and that the condition affects his ability to communicate. An official trailer for the film has been released.
Directed by Jesse Atlas in his feature film directorial debut and written by Aaron Wolfe, the film is based on Atlas and Wolfe’s short film “Let Them Die Like Lovers.” The film follows Agent Sebastian’s wife, Alexa (Nomzamo Mbatha) who takes his place after he is killed during a secret mission. She attempts to bring the man responsible to justice.
