“Real Housewives Of Durban” star Nonku Williams has accused her ex-boyfriend Ndlazi a.k.a Rough Diamond of harassing her and her family.
Nonku Williams is fighting back. The star is accusing her ex-man Rough Diamond of harassment and is not agreeing to apologize for her comments about him. According to a report by Zimoja, she released a counter claim after RD’s lawyers demanded that she apologise to him to avoid legal repercussions.
Nonku revealed through her lawyer Donovan Reedy of Reddy INC, a demand that Ndlazi a.k.a Rough Diamond, stops harassing her family, children and business associates. Part of the claim reads,
“In the circumstances, we are instructed to demand that your client provide us with a written undertaking that he will desist from harassing our client, either by contacting her family or business associates. Should your client not provide us with the required undertaking, we are instructed to institute the necessary legal proceeding to interdict your client from doing so. It goes without saying that should our client be obliged to act as such, that we are to seek punitive order costs against your client.”
She also admitted to sharing details of their relationship,
“If your client persists with his claim for defamation, our client will have no option but to traverse and demonstrate in due course that her recitals were factually correct and that she is not liable for any claims for defamation.”
