Controversial culture critic NOTA is back to his blame game. This time, the record label executive is blaming Cassper Nyovest for the late actor’s passing.
Patrick Shai had hung himself at his home in what many consider the result of cyberbullying. Here is the back story.
Patrick Shai had denounced Cassper Nyovest in a video, noting his biggest dream before he dies would be to beat up the Family Tree rapper in a boxing match. He ended up calling Cassper the son of a bitch.
Cassper was displeased by the whole outburst. He was especially hurt because his parents were insulted. He made it clear that people may insult him all they like, but they should leave his parents out of it.

Also, after Shai apologized, Cassper Nyovest had dismissed him as a clout chaser who wouldn’t end well.
Prophetically, that was what happened. Shai hung himself.
Somehow, a cross-section of social media thinks the veteran actor took his own life as a result of the great bashing he got for insulting Cassper and his parents unprovoked.
NOTA is the latest to buy into that narrative. He made this known during a recent sit-down on the set of Dread Avenue.
