Controversial poet and anti-GBV advocate Ntsiki Mazwai has thrown a subtle at fellow South African DJ Zinhle, questioning the latter’s new hair venture.
In case you missed it, just recently, DJ Zinhle had announced a new business line she calls Majesty hair by DJ Zinhle. The company in in all types of foreign hair, including Peruvian wigs. She said it was a big announcement then, and her fans agreed with her.
Apparently one woman was unimpressed by the whole hair venture: Ntsiki Mazwai. Ms, Mazwai, who prefers all things African and natural, scoffed at the business but without mentioning DJ Zinhle’s name. She’s puzzled DJ Zinhle and other local celebs now glamorize foreign hair and booze.
By the way, Majesty by DJ Zinhle is but one of several business ventures the celebratedd singer has delved into. Sometime last year, she had bought controlling stake at Boulevard Rose and taken over the company as CEO.
So far, DJ Zinhle is yet to respond to Ntsiki Mazwai’s subtle shade. And it’s doubtful she would respond.
