In a recent episode of his reality television show Finding Bongani, Brenda Fassie’s only surviving song Bongani Fassie had claimed Muthaland Entertainment boss Lance Stehr introduced him to drugs, notably cocaine. His claims were echoed by his associate Mercy Pakela.
In an interview with TimesLive, though, Lance Stehr dismissed the allegations, stating that it is a complete fabrication and an attempt to try to get ratings for Bongani’s reality show. He also made it clear he’ll be suing both Bongani and the channel broadcasting his show, Moja Love.
Stehr’s associate Vusi Nova has also weighed in on the allegations against him, dismissing them, while noting tht Stehr was a good person and supportive when he told him (Stehr) about his past battles with drugs.
By the way, Bongani Fassie is working on new music dubbed “Welcome Back.” The songster hasn’t released anything in a long time, so the title sounds so appropriate.
