Cassper Nyovest has had a love-hate relationship with social media, so when he recently stated that he would keep his son away from social media, not many were surprised.
Even before he formally stated this, he had fulfilled that statement by not sharing the visage of his son on social media. His social media pages are bereft of an image of the newborn. Only his image and that of girlfriend Thobeka Majozi can be seen.
Although many celebrities are only too happy to share images of their newborn with the world, Cassper Nyovest is happily not among them. He is circumspect about sharing images of his son because, according to him, while there are good peoples wishing his family well on social media, there are also real-life witches, who prey on people’s happiest moments.
He also stated that there are way too many broken souls on social media who would not hesitate to bring you down to their broken state. This is one of the reasons he has kept his private life private, according to him, and his private life has been healthy.
