It is the end of an era for South African rapper Okmalumkoolkat and his partner Princess, as they call it quits after eight years together. Of course, it is the dream for many people getting into a relationship to have it long and beautiful, only separating at death in old age.
But as happens all too often, life usually takes a path away from the expectations of people. That happens to be the reality of the rapper and his one-time lover. The two have decided to go their separate ways. It is unclear why they decided to separate, especially as they celebrated their anniversary just two months ago.
Taking to her official Instagram page, Princess Zulu had shared an image of herself and Okmalumkoolkat holding hands at a location that appears to be a beach. The Caption to that post was laden with irony. Whereas the picture indicated love, commitment and togetherness, the caption announced that she and the rapper are no longer together, “#respectfully.”
