Rouge Reacts As She Becomes The First South African Female Rapper To Win ‘Verse Of The Year’ Award

The winners of the 2019 Verse Award have finally been announced. Award-winning South African rapper, Rouge, has made history by winning an award.

The popular rapper has become the first female rapper ever to win a Verse of the Year award. She is very excited about her recent accomplishment and she adores the accolade in her acceptance speech that was shared on social media.

Rouge said:

Other winners of the 2019 Verse Award include A-Reece, ProVerb, and Touchline.

In other news, Rouge recently showed that she is also a skillful singer. The award-winning rapper has been making use of the lockdown to entertain her fans. Taking to her Twitter page, the hip hop star showed off her singing skills.

Rouge took us by surprise as she sang in sweet vocals that made fans eager to hear more of such.
