They hit the studio and Mzansi was caught napping. Anyway, the Scorpion Kings DJ Maphorisa and Kabza De Small and their pal Tresor are set to release the product of their studio session soon.
That product is nothing other than a song dubbed “Funu.” DJ Maphorisa shared the cover art of the song on his Instagram page and gave the release date as 11th of December. A collaborative jam from the troika is actually something to look forward to. It’s a game of heavyweights and, clearly, fans can’t wait.
Fans who can’t wait to listen to the song have stormed the comment section with the flame emoji, indicating their expectations of the number.
Given the history of DJ Maphorisa and Kabza De Small as master collaborators, one cannot fault the faith of their fans – and Tresor’s – in a song they are yet to hear. The video had been shot and might just be released on the same date as the audio, see BTS pictures below:
