‘Shaka iLembe’ stars Wiseman Mncube and Thembinkosi Mthembu speak about losing their loved ones.
Wiseman Mncube and Thembinkosi Mthembu recently featured on MacG’s Podcast and Chill, where they spoke about losing loved ones. Wiseman Mncube spoke about the death of his previous wife while he was filming “eHostela.”
He said he got a call from his wife’s sister, who was with her at the hospital. He said, “Her little sister was on the other side, crying. Automatically, I just knew what had happened; I just broke down.”
Thembinkosi Mthembu also spoke about the death of his sister, who was a policewoman. Her ex has shot her and also shot himself. He said, “She was shot by her ex. She was a policewoman and dating this guy from the college. At her office, they knew that they were dating, so they let him in.”
He also shared that he had to act in a similar scene. “When I watched that scene back, I did so well. It didn’t show that I was going through something.”
