South African businesswoman and Royal AM boss, Shauwn Mkhize has revealed what it feels like in defeat following her team’s loss against Maritzburg United. Both teams had faced off recently, with Royal AM unable to beat their rivals in the game.
With victory for Maritzburg United, unimpressed fans had taken to chanting songs that the businesswoman would interpret as directed against her. The Royal AM team had been booed after losing the match.
However, reacting to the whole incident, the fashion-loving businesswoman noted that it was tough on the pitch the day her team lost. But then, she is also a human and not immune to loss. The important thing is to get up after that loss and continue fighting.
She likened herself to a warrior who, despite many challenges and losses will continue to rise and fight. Anything worth having is worth fighting for, and because of this, she will continue to fight for her desires no matter how many times she fails. The point is, never give up.
Her take on the loss against Maritzburg United comes amid claims by her son’s baby mama Sithelo Shozi that her child Flo was taken away from her while visiting Shauwn Mkhize’s family last year. She denied the claim, though, stating that the child has been with the family since birth.
