Mzansi DJ and producer Shimza is living the life and glad to be – and also keen fans who are on the same wavelength with him should show off and no apologies for being wealthy.
The celebrated DJ and producer made his thoughts known in a recent tweet. According to him, wealthy people should be driven to where they want, be clothed with what they want, etc, without having to feel apologetic for their success, like Bill Gates, formerly the wealthiest man in the world.
Shimza’s tweet generated mixed reactions. Some fans tried to school him about the mindset of the rich and the wealthy. One fan volunteered that is is the rich who care for brands while the wealthy simply don’t care.
Another clarified that Bill gates for all his humility actually drives an expensive electric Porsche and live in a multimillion dollar apartment.
One fan even suggested he takes down the tweet as t might cause Shimza’s sponsors to desert him.
At any rate, Shimza, one of the Mercede-loving South Africa celebs, has made his point.
