Shimza Is Not Giving In To Amapiano

Shimza says he is not giving in to the Amapiano trend despite Maphorisa’s persuasion.

Mzansi DJ, Shimza is undeniably one of the hardest working Disc Jockeys in the country. He has created so much that we are proud of him for. Shimza has been busy getting the bag this year; starting new ventures and being a boss.

However, Maphorisa seems to want more from him. Simply put, he wants him to join the Amapiano trend that’s so huge in Africa right now. The “Uwrongo” star shared a video of a DJ playing an Amapiano set which features elements of EDM. He also shared how much he was enjoying it.

Reacting to the video, Phori urged him to join the trend. Replying, the Scorpion King, he stated that he would stick to his House genre which boasts EDM and Afro House elements. This isn’t the first time Shimza is choosing House over Amapiano.
