Sindi Dlathu & Linda Mtoba Back On-screen With New BET Africa Series ‘Queendom’

Famous actresses Sindi Dlathu and Linda Mtoba, best known for their work in “The River,” are set to rekindle their on-screen chemistry with a brand new BET Africa Series ‘Queendom.’

We must confess that there are actors who work really well together. We can say that for Sindi Dlathu and Linda Mtoba, who earned praise playing mother and daughter in the hit series “The River.”

According to reports, fans are going to be treated to more of that chemistry as they lead a new series titled “Queendom,” which will be airing on BET Africa. The brand-new series is reportedly filled with empowerment, love, and a 30-year-old secret. The new daily drama is produced by Clive Morris Productions and explores intriguing themes of family, secrets, and power.

The two actresses did a great job on “The River.” Dlathu played Lindiwe Dlamini-Dikana, while Mtoba played Nomonde Dikana on the show. The new BET Africa series will also feature some well-known faces in the cast.

They include Pallance Dladla, known for his role in “Isibiya.” According to BNN Breaking, “Dlathu’s character Tholakele Mthombeni embodies the strength and complexities of a mother’s love, while Mtoba’s character Nthandokayise Mthombeni confronts the challenges of discovering a life-altering family secret.”
