The saying that when one door closes, another opens, has turned out true for Mzansi celeb Somizi. The former Idols SA judge will be hosting a show called Lovey Dovey on Moja Love in March this year.
While Somizi hasn’t said anything regarding the new gig at the time of writing, Media personality Phil Mphela had smashed the details in a recent tweet.
The Lovey Dovey reality show will bring together 15 singles aged between 25 and 45, who would compete for love, a chance to get married, as well as a cash price of R500k. you can check out the tweet below.

Somizi was previously a host of the singing competition Idols SA. He lost his judging position after an audio, in which his ex-husband Mohale Motaung claimed Somizi abused him, was leaked online.
Interestingly, after Somizi’s exit was announced, the ratings of the show plummeted briefly. Somizi has since moved on with his life, cooking a storm and teasing a new relationship.
