Barbadian singer Rihanna opened a bag of surprises at her Super Bowl performance recently – her first in a while – and her fans can’t keep calm. Apparently, the songstress has been pregnant for a while. But she took the Super Bowl stage to give clues about that – without formally announcing it.
The songstress rocked the stage for about thirteen minutes. During that time, amid her performance, she occasionally touched her midsection, igniting rumour that she might be pregnant. Well, she didn’t have to say anything about being pregnant or not.
The clue she gave was enough for her. However, her aide did confirm that the singer is indeed pregnant. Rihanna already had a son with rapper A$AP Rocky. She had also noted previously that she had been reached to perform at the Super Bowl Halftime but she declined.
Doing it this time was deliberate, according to her, as she wanted her son to see the performance. The performance was especially significant because it was her first since becoming a mother. It was also her first since the 2018 Grammy Awards.
With her latest pregnancy announcement, it is clear that the songstress is keen to take on mummy duties and is loving every step of the way.
