It is the tradition among most public figures not to check their DMs or direct messages because they assume ordinary people use that facility to waste their time and harass their patience.
On and then, it is revealed that people actually lose out on opportunities by not checking out their messages. T-Pain has just joined the league of “losers.”
In a recent Instagram post (screen record), the American rapper indicated he was unaware of a section on Instagram meant for accepting direct messages request. The record shows several from around the world had attempted to reach out to him, including Diplo, Mayorkun, Cuppy, Tyler Cameron and Keri Hilson.
At a loss on what to do, having just discovered he had unintentionally ignored many artistes over the years, the songster wondered if he should call a press conference to apologize or call for a town hall meeting.
