It is no longer news that the second season of the Showmax series “Adulting” is well on its way and that some of the people who featured in it have been sharing their thoughts on the second season. Well, one of them is Thembinkosi Mthembu.
He was questioned about his past roles in some of South Africa’s most memorable series, including “Shaka iLembe” and of course “Adulting.” According to him, the roles are pretty challenging. But then, he has also learned and gained a lot from working back to back.
As a celebrity, he admitted he’s received so many outrageous requests from fans. Where there are many of those, he pointed to just one of them to give an idea what he’s experiencing with some fans. Several have asked him to do to them what he does to female characters in his movies.
For those who might want to know, he also admitted there are many things about his character Bonga that he can actually relate with in real life. So the sporadic claim that actors sometimes have similarities between their movie characters and real life is not out of place after all.
Anyway, fans are looking forward to the official release of “Adulting” season 2.
