Tina Dlathu Stars As Sindi Dlathu’s Younger Character in ‘Queendom’

Talented actress Tina Dlathu reportedly stars as Sindi Dlathu’s younger character in the new BET series “Queendom.”

Tina Dlathu and Sindi Dlathu, who played Lindiwe and Khwezi in “The River” are reported to have reunited in the buzzing new BET series, “Queendom.” The news was shared by popular entertainment commentator Jabu McDonald, who wrote,

“Tinah Dlathu will be playing the younger version of Sindi Dlathu’s character (Tholakele Mthombeni) on #BETQueenDom. Premieres 22 April on BET at 18:30 and repeats at 21:30.”

Tina Dlathu is reported to have played the character of Khwezi Hlophe in the cancelled 1Magic telenovela. The South African reports that she now appears alongside former “Isibaya” stars Pallance Dladla and Linda Mtoba who play Prince Mcebo Khahlamba and Nthandokayise Mthombeni.

Linda Mtoba, who plays Nthandokayise, a maverick community leader in Tsakane, told Sunday World about the show,

“I am thrilled to be part of Queendom, a story that goes beyond the ordinary and delves into the complexities of love, destiny, and the power within.”
