After the courts cleared him of rape in the case actress Lerato Moloi brought against him, comedian Toll Ass Mo is taking things up further by suing the woman who had sued him for rape and lost.
Back in 20220, Lerato Moloi had released a statement in which she claimed that the comedian raped her years back. The case ended in court back then and dragged on till this year when it was finally resolved in the comedian’s favour.
Social media was understandably divided over the verdict. While some condemned it, insisting they believe Lerato Moloi’s side of the case, some hailed the judgment as a vindication of innocence as well as the reality that a lady can’t “falsely” accuse someone and have a positive outcome.
The ruling in his favour was gratifying, but Toll Ass Mo wasn’t just content with that. According to him, while referencing the judgment in which his accuser was a “dishonest and unreliable witness,” he’s pursuing a case of defamation of character, slander, and malicious prosecution against Lerato Moloi.
