AKA’s father Tony Forbes, posts a Manchester United shirt he bought for the late rapper when he was 14.

It has been a few months since the passing of iconic SA rapper AKA. His fans are yet to make sense of it, and his family is finding ways to be okay. AKA’s father Tony Forbes, recently took to social media to post a Man United shirt he got for the rapper when he was 14.

Everyone knew the Supa Mega was a loyal follower of the club way before he became a celebrity. His dad revealed he was sorting through his cupboard when he found the shirt. He was touched the rapper kept the shirt after all those years.

Following AKA’s passing, Man United paid tribute to the rapper during the FA Cup against West Ham United. “We were deeply saddened to learn of the death of Kiernan Forbes, otherwise known as AKA, a rapper and United supporter from South Africa. He was a huge red greatly admired by so many. Our thoughts are with his family and many loved ones.”
