Travis Scott announces new single tagged “The Plan” off the Tenet soundtrack album.

If you’ve paid much attention, you would have heard that Travis Scott was recording a soundtrack for Christopher Nolan’s upcoming film “Tenet”.

He titles the lead single “The Fall”, a song which GQ writer, Gerrick D. Kennedy revealed sounds like a “brain-liquefying trip through time and space.” This was after Scott accidentally played the song for him.

The “Highest In The Room” rapper has now revealed the release date for the song to be Friday, August 21, 2020 sharing its cover art. The film has suffered several release delays, all due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Now, it is set to premiere worldwide on Wednesday, August 26.

While he chose not to give away much information about the upcoming film, Scott described it as “very fire”. We can as well expect a very fire soundtrack for it as well. He went on to state that it isn’t something he can explain, saying that you’d only have to watch it to understand.

Tenet, is Christopher Nolan’s first movie since 2017’s Academy Award-winning Dunkirk. The film stars John David Washington, Robert Pattinson, Elizabeth Debicki, Clémence Poesy, Himesh Patel, Dimple Kapadia, Michael Caine and Kenneth Branagh.

In his GQ interview, Scott revealed he’s working on a full joint album with Kid Cudi.
