During the recent Mother’s Day celebration, the former Idols South Africa judge took to her verified Instagram page to share a song she made for the father of her son.
She recalled the moment her son had told her that he loved her to God. She got emotional and inspired to write the song. She recorded the song on her phone while driving.
She commended her friend Kabomo for arranging the song beautifully for her live performance. Her clip showed the moment she and Kabomo rehearsed together. You can check it out below.
The reaction to the clip showed that fans were pretty chuffed with what she had composed. Still, it will be interesting to see what the reception for the song will be on an official release.
The song is more than welcome relief from the controversies that recently plagued Unathi. Sher had allegedly falsely accused Sizwe Dhlomo of abusing her and was relieved of her position at Kaya FM as a result.
Back then, she dismissed the claims against her, noting it was nothing more than an attempt to silence her.
