Uncertainty As Deadline Approaches For Kelly Clarkson’s Ex-Husband To Vacate Montana Ranch

There was a love affair, but its foundation has crumbled. And now a little drama is playing out between reality star Kelly Clarkson and ex-husband Brandon Blackstock.

The music manager has been given a June 1 deadline to vacate their Montana ranch. And with the day just hours away, all eyes are on Brandon to see if he’d indeed leave the mansion or if another drama would play out.

A court had ruled that Kelly Clarkson was the sole owner of the ranch and ordered Brandon to vacate the property, which has been a point of serious contention between the former lovers.

Kelly Clarkson wanted to sell the ranch, but Brandon contended that he wanted to continue living there. A settlement was reached in which Brandon was given until June 1 to vacate the place.

Before the deadline, though, the couple had returned to court, with the music manager demanding that the former coach of The Voice disable the security camera of the ranch while he’s still living there.

As part of the settlement, Kelly Clarkson will have to pay Brand 5.12% of the property value (approximately $908,000).

It remains to be seen if her estranged husband will vacate the apartment on June 1. Stay tuned.
