Vodacom Responds To Gemini Major Calling Their Service ‘Bullsh*t’

South African producer and singer-songwriter, Gemini Major, is the latest rapper to call out Vodacom due to their ‘poor service.’

Taking to his Twitter page, the talented producer expressed how angry he was towards the service provider’s unreliable and poor service. He further complained that these issues have been occurring for months and he hasn’t gotten a lasting solution.

Gemini Major complained:

@Vodacom your fibre service is absolute bullshit,Y’all can’t be fuvking out at this time, Internet’s down every second day, What exactly we paying for? Atleast 40% of the month it’s faulty.

Vodacom’s Twitter account responded to Gemini Major’s complaint:

“Hi There. Thanks for connecting. Please confirm if you have rebooted your Router.’

The service provider further explained what could help the producer’s situation.

They wrote:

“Please do a speed test from the Fibre App and send us a screenshot of the results, your ID number and contact number via DM so that we can take a closer look.”

The service provider’s response did not calm the talented producer down as he stated that it still didn’t work after trying all they had suggested.

Gemini Major tweeted:

“It would be nice if y’all responded to the internet problems as fast as you take the money..Smh, is the internet also on lockdown?”

In other news, Gemini Major revealed that one of his goals for 2021 will be to feature the Canadian rapper, Drake, on his next album.

With the high hopes and expectations that people had while entering the new year, no one expected it to turn out this way. Now, most people are moving their goals to 2021.
