Vth Season Slams Critics of Ami Faku’s Wardrobe Malfunction (Video)

Ami Faku must feel blessed to be signed to a record label that will go at length to defend her, especially against the insensitive streets of Twitter.

A day ago, the songstress had found herself on Mzansi Twitter trends when a video popped online showing she wore her sneakers wrong.

In the clip, which had gone viral, the songstress wore the left shoe on her right foot and the right one on her left foot.

Some fans mocked her for it. Others, more thoughtful, asked if it is the new fashion trend, yet others asked her if she realized the mistake she made wearing the sneakers. You can check out the video that shot her to the top of Mzansi rends below.

Reacting to the rending video, Raphael Benza of Vth Season, the record label to which Ami Faku is signed, criticized the media and those who continue to circulate the video, condemning them for not caring about it the mental health of artists.

Ami Faku herself had not responded to the uproar about how she wore – or chose to wear – her Nike. However, she recently released a song titled “Abalele” in collaboration with Kabza De Small, and it’s one of the trending songs in South Africa, too.
