Watch President Ramaphosa Tickle His Compatriots With His Dance Moves

South Africans had a good laugh recently from a most unlikely source – President Cyril Ramaphosa. Yeah, the same man who had provoked anger in many quarters because of his “poor” management of the country and load shedding, had the same people laughing recently.

What happened?

Well, at a recent event honouring the Hindu community. the president was present and honoured with a garland, among others. However, the key highlight for most people was Ramaphosa dancing.

Yeah. On stage with other figures, the president joined in dancing to “Water,” a song by South African singer Tyla. His performance so amused his compatriots that it became the talk of the Rainbow Nation in no time, with tweeps focusing on the way he moved his derriere as he danced. You can check out the post below.

By the way, “Water” is one of the biggest songs by Tyla so far – the number that earned her a Grammy nomination and win, making her the youngest South African ever to win the award at 22.

Well, for a man who has seemingly riled many South Africans with his leadership, Ramaphposa had seemingly effortlessly made a lot of people forget their anger and just have a good laugh. Not bad.
