‘Xigubu’ Singer Fiesta Black Makes ComeBack After Beef With Thembi Seete and Battle With Depression

“Xigubu” star Fiesta Black has made her comeback to the scene after her famous beef with Thembi Seete and battle with depression.

Fiesta Black, the singer known for her massive hit song “Xigubu” with DJ Ganyani, has returned to the scene after calling out Thembi Seete for stealing her song, and battling depression. Zimoja reports that she is now a radio host on the afternoon drive time show on Energy FM, a commercial radio station in Limpopo.

Years ago, the singer accused Thembi Seete of stealing her song “Thuntsha Lerole.” Speaking in an interview, she shared how she took “her fame” for granted and made some mistakes. She said,

“I thought I knew it all. I had arrived but little did I know that being a drama queen doesn’t pay the bills.” But that only made things worse for her.

“No one booked me. I had a bad reputation and did some pretty shameful things. But it was all part of learning and growing up.”

It also led to her abusing alcohol.

“It was no longer drinking for fun. I fell deep into alcoholism because I was depressed, It took me time to work my way out of that.”

She has now taken charge of her life and is set to release two singles.
