Zandie Khumalo On Hate Directed At Her Over New Song, “Emagameni Amathathu”

It is no longer news that South African singer Zansie Khumalo recently released a new song dubbed “Emagameni Amathathu.” While the track resonated with a lot of people and they praised it, it is obvious some were unimpressed with the song.

A fan had posted the song on TikTok and the very first comment seemingly took a swipe at Zandie and what she stands for. It’s unclear how she got to see the comment but she did and responded to it, too, but not on the same platform

The songstress took to her official Instagram page, where she spoke about the hateful comment, noting in the caption that the hate directed at her actually made her laugh. She found it comedic enough to share the comment with her husband.

By her account, her husband also found the comment hilarious and had a good laugh as well. In other words, what appears to be an attempt to hurt her feelings has had the exact opposite effect – it provoked a good laugh. You can check out her post below.

Zandie Khumalo faces sporadic attacks from netizens and it all boils down to the Senzo Meyiwa death controversy. She and her sister and mother were in the house when the footballer was killed but claimed innocence, with no clue who killed him.
