Aftermath Of Stroke Scare: L’vovo Performs Zulu Traditional Ceremony To Appease His Ancestors

Kwaito ace Lvovo Derrango has reportedly performed a traditional ceremony to appease his ancestors whom he believes must have turned their backs on him.

The songster felt that way following a minor stroke in December last year. He had to be hospitalised as a result. The incident led to disruptions in his life and corresponding adjustments.

For instance, even though he had been co-opted to perform at the Cotton Fest this year, He had to withdraw as a result of illness and on the recommendations of his doctors, who felt that he had to rest some more.

But the songster is not taking chances with his health and life and had resorted to traditional means to ensure he is okay. According to Zimoja, the Zulu traditional ceremony took place at his birthplace in Durban.

At the time of writing, the songster was said to be doing well, recovering. That’s especially thrilling for his fans and for the music industry generally. After all, the same month Lvovo had a stroke, another Kwaito musician, Mampointsha, also suffered a minor stroke but never made it – he died.

But the way, one of the ways to prevent a stroke is to avoid triggers, including poor dieting, obesity, and a lack of exercise.
