Famous activist Ashleigh Ogle will be facing with reality TV star Inno Morolong in a forthcoming celeb boxing match.
It’s about to go down as Ashleigh Ogle and Inno Morolong hit the ring for a good cause. The two will be facing off in a forthcoming celeb boxing match. According to a report by Bona, the match will happen on 21 April at the Inkosi Albert Luthuli International Convention Centre Complex (popularly known as the ICC Durban).
It is sponsored by Tumelo Ramaphosa’s company, Studex Meats, and is also in partnership with the International Boxing Association (IBA) and set to take place during the Nelson Mandela Boxing Cup.
Reacting to the fight on his Instagram page, Tumelo wrote,
“It’s more than a fight; it’s a battle of titans, an electrifying showcase of strength, grace, and fire.”
Ashleigh also wrote, “The reason why I am doing this is to empower women. As you all know, I have gone through a hell of a lot of stuff.”
Last year, she leveled allegations of domestic abuse, substance abuse and stalking against her ex-boyfriend of three months, Springbok player Elton Jantjies. She told The South African that she took out a protection order out against him.
She is said to have also a messy relationship with Lebo M’s stepson, rapper Mthunzi ‘Shogun’ Ngani.
“So, this is my way of showing women that yes, you can stand your ground, and yes, you can accomplish a whole lot of things.”
