This is certainly not the best time for Canadian rapper Tory Lanez, who has just been sentenced to 10 years in jail for shooting fellow musician Megan Thee Stallion on the feet.
It’s been years since the incident and the case had dragged on until a verdict was eventually reached. The case may never have taken the turn it did but for how the Canadian handled the situation at the outset. Sources claimed he came out there to share a false narrative about the case instead of quietly apologising to Megan The Stallion.
His action reportedly provoked her into revealing that broken glass was not what injured her after all but pellets from a gun the “Numbers Out the Gym” chanter fired.
When the verdict was read, the Canadian begged the judge not to send him to jail, He also noted that Megan Thee Stallion is still someone he cares for dearly to this day. He admitted saying immature things after the shooting and revealing some secrets that he shouldn’t have – and he regrets them all, according to him,
