Fat Joe has declared his pal Drake the “Michael Jackson Of This Time,” tossing many music lovers into the arms of mirth and others yelling in disapprobation. Drake is Canadian and undoubtedly one of the finest names in global rap.
The man to whom he is compared is American. Decades back, Michael Jackson was the king of global pop. Although it may have been years since he died, allegedly from acute propofol and benzodiazepine intoxication, he remains a respected and legendary figure – revered almost everywhere.
Such is his appeal up to this point that to compare someone to him is to acknowledge someone’s cosmic appeal and talents. But is Drake truly worth the tag? Fat Joe insists he does, in a recent appearance on the Joprah Show on Instagram Live, which you can watch below.
By the way, in case you missed it, Drake is gearing release release a new body of work titled “Skeleton King.” Alrready, an unfinished song of his, titled “Intoxicated,” has leaked online.
